These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, mobile application, customer portal, communications, and services provided by Shore Sentry Property Services LLC, doing business as ShoreSentry (“ShoreSentry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, creating a ShoreSentry account, requesting services, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
About ShoreSentry
ShoreSentry provides residential property oversight and support services, including home watch, property inspections, property care, contractor coordination, seasonal home services, storm-related checks, and related residential property support.
Certain services may require a separate written service agreement, estimate, authorization, or property-specific agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the separate written agreement will control for that specific service.

Scheduling
ShoreSentry schedules visits based on the customer’s selected service plan, property needs, staffing, access, weather, and availability.
Scheduled visits may occur within a reasonable service window and are not guaranteed for a specific time unless specifically agreed in writing.
ShoreSentry is not an immediate-response emergency service and does not guarantee arrival within a specific number of hours unless expressly agreed.
Visits may be delayed or rescheduled because of severe weather, flooding, road closures, states of emergency, unsafe conditions, access issues, staffing limitations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing lawful and reliable access to the property.
Access information may include:
Keys
Lockbox codes
Smart-lock credentials
Garage codes
Gate codes
Alarm instructions
Other property access information
Customers must notify ShoreSentry promptly when access information changes.
ShoreSentry may be unable to complete a scheduled visit if access is unavailable, credentials are incorrect, an alarm or access system is malfunctioning, or the property is otherwise inaccessible.
Access Restrictions and Off-Limits Areas
Customers may identify certain rooms, areas, structures, or the entire property interior as off-limits.
Customers may also notify ShoreSentry when the property is occupied and request limited or exterior-only service.
ShoreSentry will make reasonable efforts to follow all documented access restrictions.
Areas designated as off-limits may not be inspected, photographed, or included in the normal inspection checklist. ShoreSentry is not responsible for conditions that exist within areas the customer has instructed ShoreSentry not to enter.
Property Inspections
ShoreSentry inspections are visual, non-invasive observations of readily accessible areas of the property at a specific point in time.
ShoreSentry does not guarantee that every property defect, leak, mechanical failure, pest condition, theft, vandalism, storm-related condition, or other issue will be identified.
Conditions may arise between scheduled visits or may exist in concealed or inaccessible areas.
ShoreSentry property checks are not substitutes for inspections or evaluations by licensed engineers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC professionals, pest-control professionals, mold specialists, structural professionals, insurance adjusters, or other licensed professionals when those services are necessary.
Photographs and Reports
Customers authorize ShoreSentry to photograph and document the property when reasonably necessary to perform services.
Photographs may include:
Exterior elevations
Living areas
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Kitchen
Laundry areas
Thermostat
Mechanical systems
Garage
Pool
Dock
Bulkhead
Outdoor shower
Other property areas included in the inspection checklist
Inspection photographs and reports are intended to document the condition of the property during a ShoreSentry visit.
Contractor Coordination
ShoreSentry may assist customers with locating, contacting, scheduling, or providing access to third-party contractors or service providers.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, third-party contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own:

Performance
ShoreSentry does not guarantee or warrant the workmanship of independent third-party contractors.
Extended project management, waiting time, contractor supervision, repeat visits, or substantial coordination may result in additional charges.
Emergency Conditions and Repairs
If ShoreSentry observes a condition that may threaten the property, ShoreSentry may attempt to contact the customer and may take reasonable steps consistent with the customer’s prior authorization.
Customers may establish a pre-authorized spending limit for emergency or protective work.
ShoreSentry is not required to advance its own funds for repairs, contractors, materials, or emergency services unless expressly agreed.
Payments and Billing
Customers agree to pay all membership fees, service charges, approved additional services, contractor-related charges, and other amounts they authorize.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
Customers may update or withdraw an autopay authorization subject to outstanding charges already incurred.
